Beyond Work

I believe learning should never stop.

In addition to consulting, I teach graduate-level business courses as an adjunct professor, develop new academic programs and courses, and create practical resources that help leaders navigate today's workplace. I'm also the author of The Next Wave of People Management, a practical guide to leading in the age of AI.

Outside of my professional life, I'm passionate about giving back to my community. I volunteer as a Make-A-Wish Wish Granter, helping create meaningful experiences for children facing life-threatening illnesses, and I proudly serve on the board of my local Humane Society.

Whether I'm working with clients, teaching students, writing, or volunteering, my goal remains the same: helping people, strengthening organizations, and making a positive impact.
