Carrie holds a B.A. in Business and Psychology, an M.S. in Organizational Development, and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. With over 25 years of executive-level experience, Carrie is a seasoned HR strategist and organizational advisor known for aligning people operations with business goals to drive measurable impact.

As CEO of ANOVA Resources, she leads a broad range of services including policy and handbook development, recruiting strategy, compensation planning, employee engagement surveys, executive coaching, management training, and employee relations. Her approach is grounded in deep expertise and a strong belief in fostering positive, high-performing workplace cultures. Prior to launching her firm, Carrie held Director and Vice President of HR roles in diverse industries, including healthcare, tech, and nonprofit sectors.

Her consulting is defined by analytical rigor, deep industry knowledge, and a reputation for delivering actionable results. In addition to her professional work, she has served on the boards of the Cambridge Women’s Center and the Humane Society, reflecting her commitment to values-based leadership and community engagement.
