Erin

Erin has B.S. and MS. degrees in education and has worked as an education professional for over ten years. She is also a Wish Coordinator with the Make A Wish Foundation in Florida. At ANOVA Resources, Erin provides fractional HR support which includes updating/revising job descriptions, creating and posting job advertisements, prescreening job applicants, conducting reference checks, preparing offer letters, and facilitating onboarding processes. Erin also plans and organizes employee events and engagement initiatives.
