Shazia has a B.S. in Urban Planning and an M.S. in Organizational Development and Change Management. This is coupled with her ten years of experience in human resources and talent development. At ANOVA Resources, Shazia supports clients through a range of talent services, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and hiring coordination. She also works directly with job seekers to provide resume reviews, LinkedIn profile updates, and interview coaching—ensuring a quality experience for both organizations and candidates.
