· Talent Acquisition: Custom recruiting support, which can include designing and placing job ads, creating interview committees, creating custom interview questions, and/or conducting first level prescreening of applicants with 2-3 pages of notes to assess willingness, ability, and culture fit, and designing onboarding, training and goal-setting plans for new employees and 90-day reviews.
· Employment Investigations: For complaints (general mediation, conflicts, or claims of EEO violations, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, etc.)
